TES pledged its support to a worthy cause recently by attending the WaterAid Ball which was held at the Europa Hotel in Belfast.    Organised by WaterAid and supported by NIW, the event raised much needed funds to end water poverty throughout the world.

WaterAid, an international charity which aims to overcome poverty by enabling the world's poorest people to gain access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education spearheaded the event which raised valuable funds.   WaterAid works by helping local organisations set up low cost, sustainable projects using appropriate technology that can be managed by the community itself.

The event which was attended by representatives throughout the N. Ireland water industry raised much needed funds for a very worthy cause.  Commenting on the evening’s fundraising efforts Brian Taylor, TES Director commented “The WaterAid campaign is invaluable as it provides safe water and sanitation throughout the world.  It is vitally important that companies such as TES can contribute to such worthy causes”.
